Would it be OK to post here about Magic: The Gathering?
It's a very popular game.

The Black Lotus is probably worth more than what half of the posters here make a month.

What in the human frick is up with these shitty arse threads today? Card games and board games are not fricking sports. Unless the winner gets to frick the hotty in strip poker, then no card game is a sport. Magic the Gathering is a fricking retarded game for nerds.

Really? My friends got tired of it in middle school and that was 20 years ago. Do they still sell card sets at Target and Wal-Mart?
I'm seriously curious because I don't think I've thought about it since then.

It's changed over the years, but yes. It's still very popular, it can just be expensive to become competitive at a high level.

Dungeons and Dragons. Now that was a real man's sport. Get your dice ready to wield a warlock wizard sword, beyotch

Interesting. I actually bought 3-4 packs when I was a kid just to see if I could get certain cards to sell, but never got into actually playing.
I might even still have some cards at my parents' house somewhere. Could those still have some value? I obviously ask that knowing next to nothing at this point.
