I have a home phone number, albeit it is Google Voice. I use it all the time instead of giving out my mobile.

I have a home phone also will use it occasionally and the security guards use it to call the house for people coming in.
Are they Swiss guards by any chance, Your Eminence?

The pronouns/gender you identify as question needs to go. Absolutely stupid.

My parents still have an ATT landline along with their cell phones. Landline still works after a hurricane when ATT cell blows up.

Taking that away would be like telling them they can't eat anymore oatmeal.

The forms ask a lot of questions including your SS number and marital status. I just leave them all blank. If they ask i just say, “ why do you want to know? Or better yet, “It’s none of your business.” I came here to get my teeth cleaned.

You don’t have to answer the questions you know. They are still going to clean your teeth.
