Is it really that much work to pick up the barricades after gameday?

So DPW can’t put out & pick up the contraflow barricades each week?
Instead we just set them out at the beginning of the season & leave them for 4 months to be strewn out all over the median/ shoulder and into the road? I saw a bum walking with one in her basket down Burbank yesterday.
Is BR that flush with cash that we can just replace these things instead of taking a few minutes to ride around and pick them up?
BR doesn’t need any more helping looking trashy.

Totally agree. It is as if the people in charge have no ablity to see these things when I can't not see them. I guess my expectations are way too high since I have seen places other than BR.

I don’t care what their budget is if it’s their job. shite looks awful, nevermind the ones that end up in the roadway and could potentially damage vehicles.

Yeah, we can spend 2 days picking up barricades, then 2 more days placing them all back out. That way OP can make a Facebook post saying "these lazy public works MFs ain't doing nothing all week! What do we pay taxes for?!"
