Asking for a friend....

...are you at risk of cancellation if you had your wedding (or wedding photos) taken at a plantation home?

Like this one for example:

If you allow this to dictate where you decide to get married, you are a very sad human being.

Depends on the race of the wait staff at the reception

Everything is racist if the left wants it to be, and nothing is racist if they do it. Just ask Trudeau or that governor

It’s not.

A large majority of America has been misled into thinking it is.

But there’s nothing racist about having a wedding at an old large Southern home.

I hope so because I know some pretty far left people that had weddings at plantations and I enjoy hypocrisy.

In parts of the south, the nicest wedding and event venues are in plantation homes. I guess I never actually thought about it until now.

A lot of southern residential architecture is based on styles from plantation homes.

Everything about plantations is racist. Even the word “plantation” has “plan” in it and it’s racist to plan for your future by going to college to get a job and save money and shite. Everyone knows this.

Just 4 short years ago I went to a lesbian wedding at a plantation. Said lesbians are “woke” now and a couple of days ago apologized and removed all pictures of their own wedding.

Are you white? Then the default is yes. Whatever you are doing is racist.

If I’m not mistaken, some of those wedding sites will not promote weddings that are hosted at plantation homes. This was a decision they made last year.

I was thinking about this the other day. I’m waiting for them all to be burned down.
