you know that shite can carry diseases? You kid is going to be crawling all over that yard in a few months.

This is what I thought of as well. Babies love to put anything and everything in their mouths. Including that tiny piece of dried up dog poop they now just managed to find.

But dogshit is no big deal. Just let the dog lay a steamer on a plate and then let junior have at it

That would be hard to pull off, shitting in a trash can. Think about it.

Not really

1. Lean on side with no wheels
2. shite
3. Wipe
4. Tilt back upright
5. Profit?

you seem upset today, nado. something you need to get off your chest?

this seems like a pretty strong reaction to someone putting bagged up shite, next to your bagged up rotting leftovers.

Maybe you shouldn't be so uptight about trashcans? It's a trashcan ya know. I doubt someone putting a bag of poo in it during pickup times is going to have any impact on you at all. You do know that the shite is in a bag and thus will not touch your precious trashcan interior, right? It sounds like you're just a control freak that gets upset over non issues.

Oh shut the frick up you imbecile. If you need to post some asinine scenario like that to prove your point, as if there's a correlation between tossing dog shite in someone's car and trashcan, it probably means you're overreacting

It sounds like your parents should have raised you better.

There's lots and lots of tiny dried up poop outside. Think of allllll the creatures living out there.

My question is, "Do most dog owners only walk their dog so it shits in someone else's yard?"

Yes. That is the problem. Most dog owners are completely oblivious or just do not care about how others feel about their dogs and don't want them in their yards. This is especially true when it comes to their dogs using other peoples yards as it's own shite and piss hole. But it has been noted that this particular thread was not created for discussing this specifically, rather it was to discuss whether putting said dog shite in other's trash cans is acceptable. The answer is that the lazy trashy dog owners that don't accept responsibility for their dogs think it's perfectly fine and that everyone else should just calm down and accept that they are going to use other peoples yards and trash cans as a dog toilet. Using all the neighborhood as their dog's piss and shite hole instead of keeping it in their own yard makes their dog's shite everyone else's problem. This is perfectly acceptable to some people and I'm not sure how or why any reasonable person would come to this conclusion.

Are you suggesting just tilting the can instead of perching atop it?

so a lot of people seem to be on the "its your dog use your own can" kick ---

what if im going for a leisurely stroll, or run, and come across someone elses left behind mess? If i take the initiative to pick it up off the sidewalk, do i get a pass or do i have to lug that home?

what if im walking down the street and finish a water bottle on trash day - can i toss that?

Not really but. What if it gets on the inside the can. Who's gonna have to hose it out

What about when someone puts a bag of shite in my empty garbage can, then I stack garbage on top of the bag of shite. Then the shite gets squished at the bottom of my garbage can and starts oozing out of the bag and gets all over the bottom of my can. A week later when the garbage man comes to empty my can, everything is dumped into the truck except for that bag of dog shite that is stuck to the bottom of my can.

Now I have to clean your dog shite out of my can because you're too fricking lazy to carry it home and throw it away in your own garbage can.

My dog will not shite in my yard, the bastard. I tried and tried and tried but he just won't do it. He has to be right in the middle of a walk and then he'll lay a big ole steamer on some millionaires pristine lawn. I think he just knows it puts me in a shitty position (pun intended)

If my neighbors have a problem with this I can always quit picking it up altogether.

They do seem drawn to the yards of those that take it personal and rage out. If there is a curb your dog sign or one of those metal looking squatting dog stakes with no poo! written on it you can bet one of my lil bitches is gonna bm there. Some neighbor around the corner got real craftsy and painstakingly hand painted a "my yard is not a toilet" sign. I usually get them on the street when we pass there. That's pretty unhinged. The worst is when they choose a yard and the owner is out on the porch and you just eek out a failed smile and a sheepish how's it going in shake voice. I always pick up after mine. I get why people get pissed over unpicked up feces or dog shite in their trash, but I don't get the anger if you are clearly picking up after them.
