Is it ok to dip in someone's vehicle if they don't like it?

Carpooling with coworker and dips but has a habit of either spitting in a cup or bottle. If he doesn't have access to that he opens door or spits out window. Could care less what he does in his vehicle but in my vehicle it bothers me.

Well have you told him you don't like it? I usually don't because it's weird to carry a bottle or a cup around. Unless it's someone I know well then idgaf

Have been saying something but to no good. Yesterday with the rain and such, I had enough and got pissed and threw his cup away and said no more or else.

Are you friends at all outside of work?
I mean it is your car, but it's pretty petty....
If it was me (I dip), and if an actual friend (maybe even if we are just work friends and not friends outside of it as well) freaked out like that on me over something like that I would definitely find something just as petty to do back to them.

People usually never even realize I have a dip in, but I don't dip in the front of my lip or make cartoon spittoon noises every 10 seconds.
