No. Just put the hearing aid into a gift basket for them with some Depends, Rogaine, Just for Men, and Viagra.

That would have to be the crappiest gift of crappy gifts in the history of Secret Santa. It doesn't matter if they are stone deaf; it's not your place as only a co-worker to buy something like that for them.

it would make them more efficient at their job, increase their job stability and maybe for once, they would get someone's name correct on the phone.
