Good point. I thought BR Ortho only has 4 or 5 on staff...just looked and saw they had 12. But that's about the same number when you combine the big outpatient independents.

Most of the time the insurance companies require six weeks of conservative treatment, including medications and physical therapy

Yes. Try conservative treatment first

Many people frown on going straight to expensive tests unless can show they are warranted. Of course it's all case by case.

Absolutely, very common particularly if your Doctor specifically refers you to his buddies private imaging center. Kickbacks bro...
