You're mostly right. Prototypical "thicc" is a girl that was chubby/fat as a kid and started working out/dieting in her teens, but it never lasts. They might make it to 25 if they're lucky, but they almost always start blowing up before 30 and eventually become blimp status. Their appetites always win in the end

Have your parents failed you if you get cancer, thyroid issues, diabetes, or some other condition that causes weight gain?

99% of obesity is self inflicted by diet/lifestyle.
