They are in here legitimately claiming that $15/hr is plenty because it was plenty 40 years ago.
I haven't seen any such claim. You just made that up.
777Tiger said he made $1500/month (close to $10/hr) 38 years ago as part of his argument that kids should jump at $15/hr today.

Have you read the OP?

They are just an easy scapegoat. Do you think Boomers were running the country when globalism was taking hold? When our manufacturing base was being sent overseas? Because people in their 30s at the time weren't running most things in country

Boomers voted for Reagan. Zoomers voted for Biden. Both got what they voted for.

I do think boomers is an overused term to describe Old folk in general

And also that most of us are way too old to be considered Zoomers

But that says something. When you have millennials and gen X together and a thread talking about how bad the zoomers have it, then you know it's bad.

Normally it's every generation shitting in the latest. But things are so bad that previous two generations are like "man I hate to be a zoomer."

$30 to start. Apprenticeships start at $18 first year for most trades on the West Coast.

Amazing how many don't make it through.

Yep, they gave him a chance and after he fricked things up so brilliantly they voted for Reagan. Some people learn from mistakes?

Maybe a year or two ago. We’re paying $25 for ditch diggers who are willing to get a card and join. Got or get a CDL? Add $5.

Every generation votes liberal in youth. That isn’t an opinion, it’s a fact

When said generation gets to 35 or so, it starts shifting

The 70's set us on the current path. Nixon recognizing China.. etc. It shaped the world order at the time.
