I've had panels run for lupus, RA, and a little bit of everything and they're all clear. It waxes and wanes for me. I'm getting ready to start CoQ10 since there's been some research it can help, particularly with the fatigue.

I did the same, conducted an autoimmune panel and the Dr was shocked I was all clear. Just in case it helps, I saw significant improvement with Magnesium GLYCINATE supplementation (other forms of mag had no effect).

Same. It helps with the muscle pain/discomfort, particularly if I take it before bed.

Have you cut and sugar and anything with white flour from your diet? That was the ONLY thing that helped my wife's chronic pain. She's pain free now but at one time was on so much for pain that it was scary.

I did that initially and didn't see much of a difference (did it for about three months). But eating cleaner in general has helped.

Along with the Magnesium Glycinate, keeping tabs on my other nutrient/vitamin levels has helped keep some of the pain in check as well. I have a tendency for my B12 and Vitamin D to drop. So I get those checked regularly and supplement as needed too.

My cousin has fibromyalgia and it is such a terrible disease. When he’s on the medicine for it he’s healthy but when his medicine runs out he’s achy all over, has cold sweats, nausea and diarrhea and he has to beg doctors to refill his medicine

I’ve never heard of IBS before but it sounds like my cousin has that too

Yeah. My wife lived this for 20 years, and by default me too.

She lived with chronic and disabling pain, extreme nerve pain, circulatory issues, depression, extreme fatigue, neuropathy, numbness and tingling, complete lack of the use of the right side of her body, hair loss... on and on.

Believe me when I tell you that the ONLY thing that fixed her, damn near 100% cured was avoiding the garbage American diet. If you want to heal from fibro or know anyone that does; Eat meats and vegetables only. It sounds too simple to be true but that is it. Avoid sugar at all costs.

Of course there are other complications and issues that need further treatment (sometimes) but essentially your body has so much inflammation due to poor diet that the immune system goes completely out of whack and attacks the body itself. The only way to truly heal is to rid your body of the inflammatory diet and the body will be able to heal itself, even if there is a complicating pathogen.
