Is domestic terrorism now a larger threat than international terrorism?

I’d say yes. ISIS has for the most part been eradicated and I haven’t heard of a large Islamic terror attack in a Western country since 2017. Meanwhile we have had a ton of big shooting massacres in the years since and now anarchist domestic terrorists racing through the streets night after night. Anyone still think foreign terrorists are a bigger threat? How should the domestics be dealt with?
