From left wing authoritarians, absolutely.

What part of the definition that I posted hurt your feelings? Or, did you just read "Urban Dictionary" and then not read the definition I posted? No part of that definition is even inflammatory

I know. It's not derogatory at all. A "nut" is similar to "junky". For instance, that guy is an adrenaline junky.

Roger seems a bit defensive, and one might say "emotional".

Of course it's meant to be. That's why it's in the "urban dictionary" for slang

Did you read the definition that I posted? Just because something is "slang" doesn't mean that it's derogatory, it just means that it's informal.

The fact that you think I'm some crazy liberal with an anti-gun agenda is hilarious, and just shows how you're being "emotional".

You saw that I wasn't 100% pro-gun 100% of the time and went into NPC mode regardless of what I posted

It's not a definition dude, it's the Urban Dictionary which is made up shite.

So, you asked for a definition of a phrase, a definition was provided (with the appropriate intent used) and yet you're still butthurt because you wanted to be offended by the definition regardless of what the definition that was provided actually states?

The urban dictionary doesn't give you objective definitions. It's reader supplied.

I asked YOUR definition, not Billy Bobs from Topeka.

I agree that it's generally a derogatory term. That's why I found that definition kind of humorous. It described most gun owners.

Pretty much anyone can provide an Urban Depictionary definition

I hate the thing. Our two High Schools combined football programs this year and students voted to change the name to reflect both schools. Thunder Bears, after Thunder Mountain HS and JDHS Crimson Bears

Well some hag was perusing the Urban Dictionary and found that Thunder Bear is a drunk Native on that site and threw a fit. So the schools changed the name to Juneau United.

Such stupidity

The term "nut" is a synonym with "enthusiast" in my world.

Not sure about yours.

I gave you a definition that aligned with my beliefs, not sure why you are butthurt about that. You surely are wanting to be offended.
