yes, south bound opened today, but north bound still has restrictions as of 6pm news. Maybe open tomorrow.

Update, it is open both directions, but in one spot, it si down to one lane. It is controlled by a mobile red/green light signal

They're going to use one a one-way traffic signal where the water is. So you will still see delays until you get a green light in your direction.
