How insecure are you dude? You're too lazy to get in the gym, so you rationalize it by going, "yeah well, at least I have more money"

Quit being jealous of other men. That sounds like a personal problem.

When I competed I didn’t even spend an hour in the gym daily. Diet is way more important.

Facts!
3/2 split. 20m cardio, max 1hr lifting. Diet diet diet diet diet.

It sucks but it works. The gym is the fun part. Limiting it to just an hour blows, but you can be HIGHLY effective if you do it right.

This topic comes up at least once a month, and it’s the same posters talking about roids, wasting hours in the gym and how being “swole” is unattractive. It just shows how uneducated the population is on health. It’s just funny some dude with a 25% BF is hating on “swole” men.

I just don't understand the fascination people have with getting that massive. Bad for you hormonally. Bad for your joints. Bad for your internal organs. Bad for your complexion. Bad for your emotional health. But you're super swole and look like a cartoon. I just don't get it.

This is all false unless you are Olympia level open or classic physique big

I always bring a tape measure when I interview new associates. Any biceps greater than 15 inches and it's a no go. Definitely unprofessional

Yeh I'm quite curious how often OP is running into guys at his office whose muscles are busting the buttons off XL shirts that he feels the need to post this.

Exactly. I can see most people on here considering the average physique competitor as swole, so what does that make someone like C Bum

No idea why you would ever want to look like this or destroy your body to get there

Personally I don’t, but I don’t have any issue with anyone that wants to do that. The amount of discipline and money it takes at that level is stupid. He’s turned it into a very successful career, hopefully he gives it up and enjoys what he’s built instead of walking around with a walker in a decade or so

Hell, most of the physique guys on the O stage are even bigger than the classic guys. But yeh, point taken.

Meh, I think alot of them (certainly CBum) do it as smart and safe as possible.

CBum is walking away after this open excursion he's doing, and he should have plenty of time to get his body back into a healthy, longevity focused range.

That lifestyle is certainly more risky than a desk job, but it's not a death sentence.

TRT is everywhere, so minimal workouts have dudes looking like action figures.

I’m in my early 40s and I’m the only dude I know not on TRT.
