Last night I discovered a box of Kraft Mac n cheese is pretty good if you add 2/3 cup of Parmesan cheese.

I ate Nilgai backstrap for dinner tonight. It’s not something I would normally eat but I shot it and it’s tasty so I’m eating it.

Yeah we were too late. We went last weekend to Publix and all we could find was almond milk, venison, and some snacks. Then proceeded to wait in line for 2 hours.

Alot of folks on here made fun of people that stocked up... "the stores arent closing" I kept hearing.

What they didnt plan on is people raiding the stores in panic.

I told people on here a few weeks ago food would be next after the TP craze... got downvoted like a mutherfricker.

Welp.... I have food... so....

Same. I've seen the canned goods aisle get depleted but it's not completely empty. For instance if you want marinara sauce you can get it but you might not get the kind you want.

Yeah it's not too bad. I remember going into Walmart in BR after Katrina and not being able to find anything.

OP might be in an area that's just quarantined though and people are panic buying. I think South LA is past the initial grocery rush.

It's a slippery slope. You will always have people who panic buy more than they can consume. When normal people hear this, they get nervous there won't be any left for them.

It'll be normal in a few days. Order a pizza or get takeout man. That's what we did.

Omg I love those but hadn't had one in years.

I’ve been cooking mostly from what I had in the freezer so far. Roast. Pork chops. Shrimp. Not too shabby. Are out maybe three meals to help our local restaurants.

Sounds like shite I normally have to argue about when "new things" are randomly sprung on me.

Not really. We're actually probably eating much healthier than we usually do and not snacking nearly as much. We went to a few different stores and ordered whole foods through amazon to get pretty much all the produce we needed and already had more than enough frozen meat to get us through several weeks. Only meat we've bought were a couple of steaks and a pork shoulder to smoke because there was shite else to do on Saturday.
