You can probably start out as a manger at Hibbett Sports making around 28K

Not worth it. Most if not all of those jobs are giving to former athletes.

Law School or MBA. If you want to work in sports and aren't a former athlete at that level, you need a Law Degree or MBA to get your foot in the door.

Do you think you can pass? I imagine that's one helluva course load.

if you don't have an in then forget about it. You could always shoot to be Athletic Director of a High School

I know a guy who works with the Astros with that degree from LSU. He worked his arse off to get that job though. He told me the best way to work for a professional team is volunteer at every sporting type event out there and build up that resume. Maybe you will meet the right person and land an internship which will turn to a job if that like you.

LSU apparently gives you an internship while pursuing the degree. I don't know what applies to the internship tho.

I think that being great at football and taking lots of steroids is a more reliable path.

I'm not sure abt that either. When I finished college I went through a few interviews with SMG hoping to land a gig with the saints. No dice, I was only offered a hourly management position with Centerplate, the thrid party food distributor for SMG. I declined, that's when my attempt of working for a sports team ended.

your best bet would probably be trying to get an internship with the saints/pels/SMG/Zephyers while getting your MBA.

Not worth it. You have to know people to get into the NFL and then work your way up, low turnover.
