Ummm. Have you ever been to Louisiana? It's definitely not a hick or redneck state. It's completely different than the rest of the south in a lot of different ways. We're an odd duck

Yeah...it's really not. I'd grant you some leeway if you said North Louisiana is like the rest of the South, but South Louisiana is a different world.

They actually had hundreds, but Nick had Mark Emmert knock it all down to two flu's, and 7 cases of the sniffles. The DA just made them all take vitamin C because they had sweated in the summer.

It could be, if a banana shaped area 2 or 3 counties deep; starting in the Eufala area going through central Alabama moving North through Tuscaloosa and ending up at the Missippi border heading to Columbus; was to become a United Nations protectorate. They could call it the "Litter Zone".
