There are jobs for which you need a college degree - any college degree. It will help with those. But if you want a high paying job, then no, it won’t help. Get a degree in engineering, accounting, nursing or something like that.

Not just no. frick no.

I hear gender studies or diversity studies is a hit now a days, try that.
Not but really, if you have a college degree you are ahead of those that dont. Do what you want to do and do not ask the trolls here for help.

I will say this. I’ve never checked before. I’ve never heard of HR checking before.

I saw on Netflix that they busted Jeff Epstein for lying about having a degree at his first job.

Like after he had been there a while? Yeah that’s looking for a reason to fire someone

No. What specialty could you possibly obtain to make you marketable?
Posted on 7/21/20 at 7:31 pm to SaintlyTiger88
I know a guy who dropped out of college because a great job offer fell into his lap. It never hindered him as he rose through the ranks until he was laid off a couple of years ago. Now any mid to upper managerial job he's otherwise qualified for requires a bachelor's if not a masters. And nobody will hire him for a job that doesn't require a degree because they know he'll bolt asap. So he sits at home and lives off his wife's salary.
