Dealt with them for a couple of years, a constant attempt at a shakedown by the brass.

Everyone uses maiden names and fake names. 80% are related and violate the city’s nepotism policy. Was told that directly.

Most have probably not finished the 8th grade....now i am speaking of the brass in charge.

All tied to the mayors office and major kick back schemes....

Let me tell you a true story. I used to bid commercial work and when we bid work in the city, we would make the architects put allowances into the bid documents for S&WB fees. I could call the S&WB for a quote on fees and a competitor could call the same person 5 mins later and get a substantially different price. Like tens of thousands of dollars different. Happened all the time.
