Invention idea: harmonica- like cell Phone holder.

Just hit me this probably hasn't been invented yet and there could be a big market for the right people.
Ever seen those harmonica holders that go around the neck and hold the harmonica in front of the players mouth so he can play the guitar with his hands?
Well I was thinking about the smokers who like to huddle around radiators in the winter and such. What if we made a similar holder that would hold the cell phone in front of the persons eyes so they can cruise the internet or online poker while freeing up the hands to light cigarettes and hold them.
