We all know how much Louisianians love to set up Gofundme accounts to buy billboards. How about starting a Gofundme account to buy billboards on I-10, I-20, and I-49 to pass along the following message:
A privately funded PSA of sorts.

I'm not debating whether that is the law or not. I would like to know however, if this law is to be followed to the letter, how is a personal to legally use the far inside lane when there are 3 lanes in a single direction on a highway.
By the law, you should be in the far right lane, pass someone and get right back. There should be no reason to shift more than one lane to the left.
