Insect/Bug ID help needed

Getting chairs and stuff out of the shed and found these little spikey white ball things growing in a web around the handles of my job box. They are about the size of an M&M. Apparently they kill the roaches though

Looks like some sort of spider egg sac.

Bust it open and see what comes out.

I'm looking for a non-fire alternative before I legitimately burn it to the ground. It's only a little 5×10 shed probably 100 ft from the house and a solid football field from the next nearest structure. Guarantee the laws and firemen would be out here within though.

Put one or two of those bug bombs in there and close the door.

That should kill anything in there I suppose.
