Only thing that should have happened if there is a crazy female unless she has a weapon of some sort is to subdue them by grabbing and possibly hold them from attacking until others can provide assistance to calm them down or call police.

LA Fitness. Go at 5:30 AM. I kinda just piddle around but do train progressive overload. Not looking to be huge or anything. Mostly concerned with cardiovascular and immunity health. You are probably more advanced than that.
