I still can't process this, in the grocery store today and this guy's pants was below his underwear. What's the point of wearing pants. Sweet lady behind him in line was just shaking her head and I just looked away - simply disgusted.

Sure it's gross and inappropriate. But like neck tats it can be used as an easy way to spot a fricking moron. And subsequently avoid, not hire, view with disgust/ disdain and so on and so forth.

A guy who was in prison for a decade or so, told me it used to symbolize you were a bitch and already taken. That it use to also be very demoralizing to said individuals.

99.9% sure that's an urban legend. Been hearing the same since I was a kid.
In all reality who gives a flip? A certain segment of our population thinks it's cool and it's relatively harmless to the general populous. Find something else to bug yourself over OP.
