Have a Massimo Warrior 200 and I'm trying to increase the speed but I'm no mechanic. Does anyone know of a place (or person) who could do it for me? BR/Ascension area

get a larger rear sprocket for the chain, that will get you a few more mph top end

Does it have a governor on it?

I’ve got a 400 CC V-8 with a 2 BBL carb out of a ‘75 Ford LTD II that I can make you a deal on.

You got it mixed up. You get a larger rear sprocket to increase torque, but lose top end speed.

you right smaller rear sprocket is better for top end
its been like 35 years since i did any stuff like that lol
OP should go up a tooth on the front and smaller in rear but i forget the ratio, i think its 3-1
one more tooth in front and 3 less teeth in rear or something like that

Swap a bigger motor into it, it isn't that hard. Harbofreight has cheap OHV motors.

Disconnect governor, torque converter kit, more horsepower? Google Massimo speed kits
