In need of dating advice

Got out of lengthy relationship a few months ago and am trying to get back in the game. I go to community college and there's this cute girl that I see around a bit. I don't have a class with her either so I'm looking for advice that I can use on her

You will have to just suck up you shy'ness...
So when do you run across her?, how well do you know her? You have no mutual friends or anything? Study groups? Nothing?
Eta: but for real, stop her and be like, hey, I see you around often, look I'm new to things to do around here, are you from the area? They have any happy hour places worth checking out in the evenings after class?... and just jive up a conversation.
Or sign up to tinder and Bumble and swipe a whole bunch in her age range and see id she pops up.
