5Their openings created insane car lines at their drive thrus even before the pandemic. God only knows what today brings.

Like Texas, Colorado is full of California escapees who think that In-N-Out qualifies as "food".

Exactly. I like them and I'll go on the rare occasions that I can find a manageable wait line.
Honestly, I see places like CFA and Raising Cane's pulling in longer lines than In N Out these days...but at least those folks seem to get them through pretty quickly.
Tommy's is the place that I never got the hype over.

Drew Brees famously got a massive takeout for the flight back when the Saints played an exhibition game in Oakland a few years back. I kept thinking, all of these large guys chomping double doubles in an enclosed place. This might get ugly.

It’s about on par with Sonic or Wendy’s burgers, maybe slightly better, but not enough to wait in line for. Yeah, it’s better than Burger King and McDonald’s, but what isn’t?
