In Gretna now... 9:30 am might as well be 9:30 pm

It is crazy dark out here right now. Like 9:30 pm at night.
Serious cloud cover and looks like another batch of red about to roll through on the radar.
Ahh... April Storms in South LA...
Hopefully all you baws who work outside have taken cover inside today or gotten a day off.

Yep, it's almost pitch black outside

Not super dark out west in BR but it's rained a good 2-3" already in my location. Impressive complex of elevated storms.

How quick is this supposed to pass? I'm supposed to fly out of MSY to Austin at 6:30.

It is expected to fade some by the afternoon but another shot of weather should follow but is more a north of I12 concern.
That flight should be good to take off, but don't be surprised if it's a bit bumpy all the way.
