In Five States It Is Illegal To Release A Helium Balloon

Wait a sec. I was just told in 60 Minutes that this is one of the felonies that would prevent someone from voting in FL. So the question is why would you bring this up AND how many felons in FL have been charged with this crime?

Fun fact, helium is the only gas that can escape our atmosphere. There is a trail of helium around the path the Earth orbits the sun.

Sky Lanterns look so cool released en masse, but goodness it's terrifying because half the people frick them up. I got burned hard when we did that in Wichita.
