Kansas City checking in here. We are selling our homes here faster than we can build them. Hitting the 350-400,000 market. Lots of boomers downsizing and quite a few first timers. This is our sweet spot on pricing and it is where the market is. We plan on 25% growth this year. Seems like the 500,000 + pricing has slowed considerably.
Just my take from this area.
I will say that a 300,000 house a year ago now goes for 340,000. Costs are increasing some. Especially land prices.

Will we see any balanced budgets/surpluses under Trump's next admin?

Good God, you’re pathetic. Everything is a sign of doom. Everything is an indicator that things suck and, financially, it’s all over.
Because that’s what you want so badly. You e been doom casting forever and now you bought your shitshow to this board.

Ever think that maybe, just maybe, he simply hustling? I’ve had exterminators, roofers, and lawn guys do the same shite. For years. Regardless of who was in the WH. They’re all still in business and having success. I can’t imagine how miserable your wife must be sharing a home with you. Assuming she didn’t already leave.

You sure is angry little fricker this morning, libtard. It’s interesting that the board “moderates” always land on the democrat side of policy and debate. Y’all was sure quite about the state of affairs during Biden’s term. Just because you want people to believe you’re “no party”, your posting history demonstrates the exact opposite.

How is criticizing Trump for spending like a DEM (more than DEMs, in fact) landing on "the democrat side of policy and debate" exactly?

Like blaming Biden for the inflation from Trump-era spending?

Your take, is that inflation was caused by Trump, and not Biden? Ok

No, here is the part where you explain, intelligently, your post. Instead of trying to figure out how to not answer the question.

Kinda pathetic that OP has this kind of devotion to a politician or party that he/she feels the need to simp on a message board.

I did.

Trump's massive Covid spending (Trump's frickups) caused the initial inflation he's blaming on Biden (everyone else).

How much of that spending resulted in how much inflation?

How much is Trump responsible for, how much is Biden?

What steps were taken by both Trump and Biden to mitigate inflation?

And Biden sent it into warp speed with the American Rescue Plan just as the economy was improving from the shutdown. It doesn't matter which side is in office anymore from an inflation/spending standpoint.

I haven’t seen any of yall criticizing Biden’s spending. If anything, most of this leftwing circle jerk defended the spending or ignored the impact it had on the economy. Then you had other leftist posting charts, like below, that completely ignored Biden was in office. You were probably one of his upvotes for posting this misinformation
