I think thats a solid start. Again, I might start with that and then stow away in some big rig or large vehicle that I know is going to Wyoming or Colorado. That way once were there, im in a less populated area.

We have established that not technically everyone could be.
What about breaking into a room at the Starring Motel? Go through the woods to get there, no cameras, sketchy area, hide out until they search the rooms then hop in one.

Not really. Im thinking about like the undercarriage of a big trucks trailer. Sure, it wouldnt be comfortable of very safe, but it might be doable to get you down the road undetected.

That wouldn't work since they would certainly have the camera footage when you bought the ticket and see you enter neither planes, and they'd tell them to stop take off anyway since I don't think you could do that in under an hour and take off. They'd go look for you first either on the tarmack or those houses.
