Well, I can survive 5 days with just water, barring extreme temperatures.
I know of a very small cave that I can get to the back of after about 30 min to an hour. I could walk there and carry water and a couple of flashlights in a backpack. There are parts of the cave where I can barely get through, so fat, lazy, and claustrophobic people could never possible get in there.

I think I could remain unfound for 5 days. It would suck and I only have an hour to prepare, so I would go stockpile on supplies and find somewhere to setup shop off the grid. I have a lot of camping supplies and would just keep moving.

Use a strong base, like sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide, for quick dissolving and nothing left to be found.

I thought this out. With the font hour head start. I'd go to a gas station and get a bunch of travel maps. Ditch my car on the other side of town. Then go hide in the Tinsel town movie theater over on siegen.

5 days isn't really that long. Steal a car. Drive to remote location. Sleep in it for 5 days.
