Oh, another thing:
A law allowing Emergency Rooms to turn away patients who don't have actual f&%king emergencies and direct them to urgent care clinics instead. This would save the state tens of millions of dollars if not more just because treating people who either can't pay or who are only covered by medicare or medicaid is a huge loss for hospitals at the ER because ER's are expensive to run and the government doesn't reimburse for shite. Getting them into urgent care centers instead means much lower overhead, lower wait times, and less wasted money.
