It's so funny watching you be condescending while getting absolutely worked by many people in the same thread.

You're too dim to realize it. That's what is amusing.

Does OSHA currently legislate away all dangers of every job? No?

So you're jeauxbleaux level stupid then? Glad we sorted this out.

Maybe one day you'll be able to admit that you're out of your fricking depth and just let the adults talk.

That 41,000 number is playing really fast and loose with the statistics.

So you're going to cling to one line from one paper (which still says right after it shouldn't stop people from saying they don't want to be around it), and ignore the reams of data and statistics from organizations that are experts? Interesting.

How can you respond to a post from me if I ran away? You're not too good at being logical

That's pretty much what they do.

Regulated safe working conditions.

So you would dissolve the FAA? If a company is putting out planes that are dangerous let the people decide? Don't enact rules to make things safer?
Not comparable. The government owns the airspace so they have a responsibility insure planes don’t fall out of it onto people below.

The government does not own a piece of land that bar is on or the structures on it. They have no responsibility to protect people on it and shouldn’t have the ability to.

There are countless examples of the govt enforcing laws, rules, whatever to make an industry safer, because we've seen a lot of times the companies won't do it themselves.
The only logical conclusion to your argument is that government can never overreach because it knows what’s best for everyone and has a responsibility to protect everyone from everything it seems dangerous even if it costs people their livelihoods.

Yeah? So there are no risks at any job in the US?

There's more than just that one paper. There are also risk calculators that show the same. Remember in the 1990s when heart disease, short of having familial hypercholesterolemia, was caused by fatty foods and oral intake of cholesterol? We now know far better. Those experts are not infallible.

But you're advocating for giving businesses the right to run the way they want with no govt intrusion. So your answer should have been unequivocally yes, if you truly believe in the rights of the business.
