Agree, sounds like the shooter knew about the break time and they'd be in that spot at that time

It's a good thought. But why steal a car, then drive there to shoot people, then ditch it not too far away, then run? Not very well thought out.

I'm guessing this person isn't exactly right in the head. About 4-5 years ago I had a dude point a gun at me for letting someone out in traffic on Sherwood

Driving home from work and I'm somewhere near the Racetrac and traffic was heavy. We came to almost a complete stop so I let a car turn right out of a parking lot in front of me.
Dude behind me loses his mind. Starts honking at me and flipping me off. He pulls along the side of me and points a pistol at me. Then he got in front of me and started slamming on his brakes trying to make me hit him. There are some deranged people out there. All because I increased his commute time by 5 seconds.
