Northern Mississippi with Western Tennessee.

Southern Alabama and Mississippi with all of Louisiana to form the State of West Florida.

The only state I feel ‘at home’ in is Mississippi. When I’m in Biloxi or anywhere on the coast I feel like I’m at home.

Get rid of a certain demographic and these two brighten up considerably. Let's not mince words here. The dumbest and poorest states had the highest slave count once upon a time. It is an easy analogy.
