Let's say you woke up one morning and you found out you have 600 acres of land, but you get to pick where the land will be.. Where would you pick the land to be and what would you do with it?

I’d want 600 acres in Beverly Hills or somewhere similar with insane high land value. First thing I’d do is sell all of it for a massive pile of cash then use that money to buy 1200 acres in Montana and still have enough left over to build a nice home and retire.

San Francisco currently has the highest priced real estate in the world, so I'd pick there. Other major cities like London, New York, Tokyo, Paris, etc are fine with me too. I'd sell it and buy a few small countries spread out across the world.
