I would know where to go in Pennsylvania to find oil. And then I'd throw sulphur into heavy tar to vulcanize into tire rubber. I could then open an oil company and sell tires.

Basic hygiene? Maybe, but I would think if they can't smell themselves they would not see the problem to begin with. And if you told them, sooner or later, you'd wish you hadn't. Any if you tell ladies to shave, they'd accuse you of wanting little girls,,,, or boys. But, if you sell perfume that you made, you may can make some money.....it would have to be strong smelling.
I think I'd be killed really quickly, medical labs are nowhere, teaching little league baseball is not useable. Identification of plants is not usable and I'll probably get killed calling them by their scientific names.
