not to the degree of last summer

sure they have isolated riots/protests after certain events, but then the same thing applies

y'all realize this is a de-escalation tactic, right? same for all the "why are the police not doing anything!" during the BLM riots the idea is that if you fight them or try to hold them back, it will only spark more rage/emotion/violence/whatever, and if you let have some things, eventually they will burn themselves out you minimize damage by letting them cause damage, anyone parent of a toddler or teenager has used this tactic to some degree I realize that's not the fun conspiracy though, so carry on

Ha! The cops opened barricades and were saying go, go go as they waved in the actors.

Conversely, if you knew an active participant in the riots of last summer, someone who burned and looted, did you inform on them? (not that in mattered)

Why would I find it necessary to inform on one of my fellow citizens for exercising their right to demonstrate something like votes cast to determine an election?

NOW, would I inform the police on someone who stole from a store, burned down a building, donned a mask and beat up fellow citizens or threw things at police to do them harm? YES, of course I would, but exercising their right to demonstrate alone, hell no.

Block a road preventing other citizens from passing, YES. Demonstrate in a non violent manner, regardless of the reason for demonstrating, NO.

people were yelling "take the capitol!" and whatnot, I'm sure they knew they were outnumbered and if they worked themselves up enough, the barricades would be useless

You've established an outcome you want. You create a scenario where it works, but only through clairvoyance it appears.

You're literally fabricating scenarios to match your intended outcome because the video evidence did not support your theories you've been forced to regurgitate by the media.

so your friend was outside the Capitol and couldn't see what was happening inside, therefore it was all fake?

A small metal gate was holding them back and Salmon thinks the cops had to open it because someone shouted take the capitol.

Our politicians taught us in the summer of 2020 that demonstrating and rioting are a sacred part of democracy.

By the time barricades were being moved by police, they were either already overwhelmed and under threat, or they were needed for backup inside. They think the police moving the barricades is some big gotcha moment that absolves every person there because they choose to ignore the context of why they were removed.

More fabrication to make your outcome seem true. Thats all you are doing today.

this is my favorite Roger

do you need me to post videos of people shouting "take the capitol!" and whatnot?

I didn't think that was necessary

That’s what I said but since you’re slow it means it was all orchestrated so fast to get the pics and videos they wanted to show the world. When everyone got to the capital that was over.... They were at the building and saw nothing but thousands people waving flags and talking to one another.

I took screenshots of our texts and forwarded it to my family to let them know we’re ok and not to believe the media.

No one disputed that.

Its just that the cops would be literally waterheads for letting them through at that point.

You actually think the cops were "overwhelmed" by a few people shouting?

The tiny metal gate was holding the crowd back There was no reason to open it.
