Looks like people inside the Capitol were handing out weapons to people not in the Capitol. The people outside are dressed like the fascist group Antifa, but could also be FBI or undercover police or even rioters.
I'm just curious if this video is as conclusive to progressives as the other one that was posted showing the cops being cooperative.

Perhaps it is. Let's do a full investigation into it, and include everything. Who instigated it, who shot Babbitt, if Antifa was there, what other groups were there, why the Capitol police were seemingly unprepared, why law enforcement support wasn't sent sooner. Sound good?
