What was going on there? Who were the police arming?
Antifa. Cops were inside that room, with antifa who were changing into pro trump attire, and passing out weapons to those who had just arrived off the busses that the cops escorted there.

Everyone does chief. You just learned, congrats.
You inappropriately using the term doesn't mean others don't understand it. They did not de-escalate. If anything, it escalated the level of intrusion.

not even gonna mention the source, but that video in your link proves jack shite
Are you saying this is some CGI shite and that’s not really weapons being passed from inside that room to antifa (the idiots who recorded the video incriminating themselves)?
Or just trying to desperately gaslight us and say we don’t really see what the frick we’re watching?

Gotcha
So determining that they were going to breach the barricades eventually, and allowing them to go ahead and go, instead of working themselves up into more of an emotional frenzy, as evidence by other scenarios where this exact thing happened, is definitely NOT a de-escalation method and is absolutely no way what happened here
I think we are done here

yes, i see sticks being passed through a window by people to some other people. looks pretty realistic i can’t even lie.
how that somehow backs up your claim is absolutely beyond me

I love how you conveniently forget that when those windows were being busted there were Trump supporters saying that’s antifa and trying to stop them. But carry on with your delusions.

i was under the impression that i did, but now i know it’s when people pass sticks through a window to some other people standing outside. i’ll keep that in mind

I do a hell of job representing women who love their country than you could ever dream of doing for men. You’re a disgrace and a pathetic excuse as an American man.

So at first it didn’t happen and when I prove it did happen, you minimize it as just sticks being passed outside to antifa to deflect from the fact that those weapons were in turn used to break windows.
What a clown you are.

I believe that's what everyone here is wondering about, not the actual video

The so-called evidence that it was Antifa was the presence of James Sullivan. Google him if you're not familiar with him. His own brother turned him into the FBI. He has a murky story and has been disassociated from several activist groups, including at least one BLM chapter. He's the one that filmed the shooting of Ashli Babbitt and sold the video to media outlets for $90,000. He appears to be an agent provocateur that goes to these events to stir up trouble so he can film it and sell the footage. It's possible he sympathizes with Antifa, but there really isn't much evidence he's involved with them. He claims he was in the Capitol as part of the media, but he had no press credentials and he's on his own video shouting "we're gonna burn this shite down."

What was occurring?
We are making definitive statements that the cops were "de-escalating" based on a video that didn't support it. How are you interpreting this one?

how, exactly, did the video not support it?
