Me either, considering I haven't thought of him in 10 years.

Was just thinking about the Partridge Family during Gameday this morning. Craig T Nelson was guest picker and made me think of Jerry Van Dyke who I googled and found out he’s still alive and married to Shirley Jones who is/was the stepmother of David Cassidy.

Pretty fricked up thing to say considering how much dementia sucks and his mother and grandfather also had it.

Sad to say, but possible CTE from all that unwanted banging in Hollywood.

Read the article. He's not dying from dementia. He's dying from liver failure.

He has dementia, but it's not that advanced yet.

i can only hope that he made his wishes clear so that his family does not prolong his suffering.

My mom was diagnosed with dementia (Alzheimer's) and while she was still quite lucid she insisted upon making her living will and her DNR wishes made quite clear. She was ready to go and not live on in dementia as she had seen my grandfather thru it.

Having her do that made it so much easier for me to do the things I needed to do - she made it all quite well known.

Such a terrible way to end life.
