83 Volvo 240 Turbo. Got it summer before my junior year in 94 and drove her for 5 years. Spent a lot of time at the V Shop and the sunroof leaked a lot but I still miss that car.

Yeah, my very next car after the B2200 was a Z28, went from a 4 cylinder to a heavily modified V8. My girlfriend at the time lived 30 mes away.

Gasoline became an issue, needed more than $5 to be able to get easily laid

Hand me down late 1970s Oldsmobile Delta 88. Land barge. Ugly but it could haul arse and carry a ton of people. Had it all the way through college. Loved that old car.

'75 Pontiac Bonneville my pawpaw gave me when I was 15. Interior had more room in it than the apartments I lived in at LSU.

Got a used Ford Escort A week before I turned 15. I was happy to have it, but I worked that summer and some of the fall and convinced my parents to use the money I had saved die something a little nicer

1974, senior in HS. Purchased a 1972 Ford Pinto (exploding gas tanks and all) with 15,000 miles for $750 cash. Used it through college, then gave it to my brother who drove it for another 4 years. Ultimate cost per mile quite enviable by today's standards!
