If You Ever Doubted Heroin Usage by Siegen Lane Homeless, Check This Out

Disturbing scene on Siegen Lane this morning. Laura and I came across this site in the bushes, between Siegen Lane and the Comfort Inn.
Needles and rotten food were strewn around this single chair in the bushes.

They show other cleanup days from all areas of the city. Rarely do they find needles anywhere else in town.

The nearest Comfort Inn that I know of is on Bluebonnet near the interstate. I doubt they'd be picking up on the side of the interstate though. They usually work major intersections.

I'll see a line around the building many mornings on my way down the interstate to work. Those clinics have done nothing but replace an illegal addiction with a legal (for profit) addiction.

Notice how all of those needles are the same brand?
Someone is doing a needle exchange or simply giving out boxes of needles.
