I’ve listened to him before. The courage to give your life someone without hesitation......there are no words.

My grandpa. He died when I was 6 but we were thick as thieves until his passing. Think he would like to meet his great grandson who is named after him

I’m less interested in the grandiose heroes nowadays as I’ve come to realize that accomplishing great things that lead to fame is outside of my potential. I’d pick someone who is successful at things I’m interested in while maintaining a healthy relationship with his family and living a more typical life.

So Tommy Rivers Puzey, a marathon runner who lives in Flagstaff, would be my choice.

Im not sure I use the word "hero" but I would love to sit down and have a drink with David Gilmour.

I’d probably go with John Wayne. Through a famous cousin, my grandfather got to hang out with him briefly at a party. Said he was every bit a man in real life. Bone crushing handshake and seemed real tough.

Would really love to meet the Marquis de Lafayette after reading about him. Regular hero there.

The Donald.

We’d make jokes about Barry and Muchelle bringing us our next beer and coffee the next am.

My dad, he died when I was 12. Showed me how to hunt, fish and play golf in his short life. But it would probably be bourbon or scotch instead.
