I don't often get tied up in the Pandora's box argument on most things, but this identify stuff is hard to ignore.
Logically, if you can pick and choose something as indisputable as your gender, and people are required to treat you all the same, then I don't see how you can prohibit someone from choosing their race.
I'd welcome arguments from people who feel differently, but I've got a sneaky suspicion you'll have a hard time defending one while admonishing the other. Choosing your gender and choosing your race are not mutually exclusive topics. You're either for both or against both, or you're ballcaster.
