Once he charged and grabbed the gun, the law says it's legal to use deadly force.

Granted I'm in the construction industry, but it's pretty common for people with no ill intentions to stop by a construction site and take a peak on what is going on.

I don't know you personally, so I can't tell you. I'd probably call the police myself, but I can't exactly blame a violent reaction when someone violently shoves a shotgun right in your fricking face. I might react the same way he did under the circumstances. The fact of the matter is they put a gun to his face and they could have pulled the trigger at any given time. It was self defense, and we both know you would not be saying this if the guy was white. Go frick yourself.

there wasn't a black guy or a white guy jogging. If there was a white guy with a specific attribute that made him definable like he had a mohawk. and there was video earlier of a white guy with a mohawk robbing places and then they saw a white guy with a mohawk sprinting as to run away to elude capture.Then yeah I think they would get on their truck and try to catch the guy.
