Central loop from downtown to LSU east to Burbank Siegel are up to just above 10/12 back to downtown through mid city. Can have off shoots in different directions to different areas. A couple of these north and south crossing the loop

There should never be a red left turn arrow showing up next to green traffic lights.

What is the school of thought that leads to that? At least turn off the left arrows altogether. People will know to yield without the flashing yellow arrow.

Seems like it used to be this way until some suburban busybody started overcomplicating things.

Better variety in city parks. I’ve never spent much times in city parks until I visited cities with a wide range of activities in their city parks.

Seriously though... Here.

1. Go back in time 30 years and show Judge John Parker that his radical deseg order will completely destroy the public school system, effectively forcing the southern part of the parish to incorporate in a last ditch effort to save the parish.

2. Go back in time and change the blue laws around 1980 to allow public consumption of alcohol downtown.

3. Go back in time and stop Woody Dumas from being mayor for like a million years, as he just let anybody with a dollar in their pocket rezone and develop anything they wanted to, anywhere they wanted to.
