I'm a sucker for good Nature conquers Man docs ("Life After People" type shows and urban exploration YouTubers) so I'd spend the rest of my days exploring abandoned cities the world over.

Probably take South America as it would easier to defend. Then take Africa. Once both of those are secure i’d likely sweep back through North America. I’d leave Europe for now and enter Asia through Kamchatka. At that point it’s would be just a matter of time.
